Heard but rarely seen, Betsy Lee handles all things “back of the house.” As Service Programming Director, she oversees and manages every creative, technical and organizational aspect of Redstone’s weekly service and special events. Her efforts help create the engaging environment at Redstone where people feel welcome.

Betsy was born and raised in Reamstown, Pennsylvania, where she attended St. Paul’s Evangelical Congregational Church. After graduating from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film and Television, she became active with NorthBridge Community Church in Pittsburgh, volunteering first with Guest Services and then moving to the Production Team, where she truly found her passion for putting her production talents to work for God.

When Betsy is not working, she can be found exploring the city. From enjoying baseball games, trying new coffee shops, and checking out various music venues, she rarely sits still. She also spends a lot of time connecting with her close-knit family, including her parents, 2 siblings, nieces and nephews, and grandmother.
